Cancellation and Refund Policy

Requests for cancellation or return of donated funds will be considered only if request is made within 24 hours of Donation and reviewed by the Chief Executive Officer at his/her discretion, on a case-by-case basis. Any refund will be done online into donor's account only.

Once received the donation for a cause will not be refunded to the donor after 24 hours of Donation. No cancellation to be made after 24 hours of donating. The donation will be used for the community development, children education, Medical needs or women's empowerment based on the current requirements. Any cancellations that are made after 24 hours of donation will not be entertained by us.
